The Hosted Alfresco Enterprise environment

Saasplaza offers the choice to use either single-tenant (dedicated) instances or the cost-effective multi-tenant environment. The multi-tenant environment is based on the Alfresco community edition, which is a good choice for small numbers of users with limited functional requirements. The single-tenant environments can be delivered with either the community- or the professional edition of Alfresco. The single-tenant environment is optimal for larger user bases and facilitates customizations and integrations .
Design, Integration & Implementation
The configuration of your Alfresco environment is done by one of our registered SaaSplaza Partner. Integration with other applications, such as Zarafa and SugarCRM or other local or remote applications is possible and are typically offered and performed by our Partners. Alfresco offers powerfull modelling, role and workflow capabilities that are typically configured and implemented in your organization by by SaaSplaza Partners specialized in Document- and Content management implementations.
License model
SaaSplaza sends monthly invoices to its Partners based on the actual usage of the hosted Alfresco service. Partner is free to determine his own end user price, excluding licenses (if any) which enables the Partner to add additional services, such as training, integration or support, to the invoice for the end customer. Key in this model is the invoicing on the pay-as-you go basis with a flexible number of users. The number of users can vary over months.
For the professional edition a license is required which can be obtained directly from Alfresco.
