This solution is ideal for Partners who want to offer a quick and reliable CRM services to their customers with only a few clicks away via the mySaaSplaza portal.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dedicated Multi tenant
In this dedicated environment, the Partner has maximum flexibility with a facility for installing own specific modules, plug-ins or customized components. The environment is dedicated to a Partner to support multiple customers. New organizations are easily created with the mySaaSplaza provisioning portal. This environment is ideal for Partners with specific add-ons or a large customer base. The environment will be scaled on initiative of SaaSplaza or in consultation with the Partner.
The environment is available under a large number of languages, and can also be used for existing customers who want to take their data from an on-premise situation to a hosted CRM solution. Use of Microsoft CRM via Outlook requires a plugin that can be downloaded by the user. The Dynamics CRM solution from the SaaSplaza platform can be integrated with other applications, both hosted as on-premise. CRM is available via the Microsoft Office Outlook plugin but also with other components of the MS Office suite.
Partners can access their environment via the mySaaSplaza provisioning panel and deploy a new organization within minutes.
