Delivered from the SaaSplaza infrastructure and built according to the SugarCRM recommended standard, you can access a cost-efficient and reliable environment. As SugarCRM is provided as a Service, no client investments are required in infrastructure, security and management; these are facilitated from the central data centre structured and managed by SaaSplaza.
In this configuration, the Partner uses a shared environment in which multiple clients make use of different Partners. Data from the various environments are of course completely separated from one another.
The Partner can perform own configurations only from SugarCRM interface and acquires no RDP access to the environment. This is an ideal solution for smaller clients or for clients without specific customisation or configuration requirements. With this structure, a new client environment can be delivered within a week.

Integration

Use of SugarCRM via Outlook requires a plugin that can be downloaded by the user. The application is integrated with Open Office and the MS Office suite. Integration with other applications is possible through connections with the SaaSplaza infrastructure or integration at the workplace. SugarCRM can be seamlessly integrated with the Voice over IP solution of Voipro.

Licenses
SaaSplaza reports the usage for licenses on a monthly basis to the licence distributor. These organizations invoice you as a Partner. SaaSplaza sends a monthly invoice to the Partner based on the actual usage statistics. The Partner is free to determine his own end user price, including licenses. This enables the Partner to add additional services, such as training, integration or support, to the invoice for the end customer. Key in this model is the invoicing on the pay-as-you go basis with a flexible number of users. The number of users can vary over months.

SugarCRM is structured according to the official guidelines. The environment is built on a highly standardized scalable platform and is driven by a central A-Select environment, combined with LDAP, as regards domains and user management. The environment is shielded by a combination of external and internal firewalls and proxy servers. The Partner can approach the application via the interface.
