The objectives of the TDS session is to analyze the current and/or planned product architecture & design on its suitability for online delivery, to understand the specific technology requirements of SaaS for online offerings; to understand support requirements of online offerings; to influence the roadmap for R&D in order to create an offering resulting in sufficient customer satisfaction at the lowest possible operational cost; and to establish a positive working relationship with involved technology partners.

The primary objective of the TDS workshop is to learn SaaS Providers to deliver a stable, scalable, secure and manageable service at the lowest possible cost.
