SaaSplaza appoints Eric Serno as new Managing Director for Americas

SaaSplaza, the world’s leading cloud provider of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics Services, announces that Eric Serno has joined the company as Managing Director Americas, to further strengthen the SaaSplaza organization in the USA, Canada and Latin America. Eric Serno has an excellent track record in business and IT, driving operational excellence for customers. 

In alignment with the global strategy, Eric will enable continued growth and drive SaaSplaza’s goals for 2019 in the Americas market: giving strength to digital businesses by leveraging the potential of the Cloud. SaaSplaza empowers enterprises who use Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 with their Cloud-first strategy by making the technology easier to use, better performing, more secure and cost-effective.

Olivier Meynier has taken on the role of Global Director Strategic Initiatives, which allows SaaSplaza to accelerate their Indirect Cloud Service Provider (CSP) program, that is strategic to Microsoft and SaaSplaza.

Prior to joining SaaSplaza, Eric ran Business Development and Sales at SaaS leader Zesty.io, where he set the commercial strategy and developed strategic partnerships. Before Zesty.io he implemented Cloud focussed change at Citrix, specifically by developing projects, methodologies and tools as part of their Pre-sales Enablement Program. Eric holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
