For the eighth consecutive year Microsoft Dynamics Cloud Services Provider SaaSplaza has successfully completed ISAE-3402 and SSAE-16 audits with PWC, its independent auditor.

“We complete these audits every year to show we are 100% committed to service availability, security, and data protection for our Microsoft Dynamics partners and their customers,” says SaaSplaza CEO, Herb Prooy.

To successfully complete both audits requires months of work from SaaSplaza and PWC staff, analysing the internal management processes and controls used within SaaSplaza to provide world-leading Microsoft Dynamics Cloud Services.

“Our success is based on trust. These certifications are further proof that our partners and their customers can trust our Cloud platform to help run their business,” says Prooy.

The purpose of the ISAE 3402 and SSAE 16 audits is to provide a report on the internal management processes that service organisations, such as Saasplaza use to provide services to their clients. For example, the security, availability and correct data safeguards are in place within a Cloud platform to ensure clients are able to complete financial reporting.

ISAE-3402 and SSAE-16 are the industry standards for service organisations and they replace the SAS70 certification. SaaSplaza makes its audit reports available to Partners and customers upon request.
